* Price applies for every started 30 minutes. Outside the working hours (17:00 – 09:00 EEST) or weekends and holidays, the price is x1.5. Please note that this service is only provided on a best-effort basis – our clients with maintenance contract have priority.

You describe the problem, we estimate the hourly cost to fix it
You provide us the access to the server, we sign NDA if needed.
